How to host.
Follow these simple steps to organise your event!

Invite
Let the women at church know about your EQUIP25 event and invite them to join you. Use our downloadable and shareable resources to spread the message!

Register
Will you register as a group or ask women to register individually? Create your registration early to get access to pre-conference resources, then add to your numbers right up until conference day!

Prepare
Share the delegates’ page with your group members so they can make the most of our pre-conference resources. Don’t forget to plan your catering and print talk outlines before 21 June. Attend our online host’s info meeting on Thursday 29 May.

Gather
Get together with your group and watch EQUIP! Meet in a church, someone’s home, or at youth group. Watch the whole conference in one day or space it out over a few weeks.

Host an EQUIP hub.
An EQUIP hub is a church that opens it’s event to women who would otherwise watch EQUIP alone, or not at all. Here’s what it involves…
How do I run a hub?
Once you've planned your event, let us know the details and we'll add them to our website. Consider how you'll help visitors feel included with the women from your church.
How do people join my hub?
Women looking for somewhere to watch can search our list of hubs for a location near them. They can join your hub by contacting you or your church directly, or by visiting your church website for more details.
Ready to host a hub?
