EQUIP Library Terms of Use

These terms apply to all content accessible via the EQUIP library, including paid and unpaid content.

1. Your licence is for non-commercial, personal use only which includes your personal ministry activities such as church groups, meetings or gatherings that you attend. 

2. You are permitted to distribute resources to members of your personal ministry group/s for use within your ministry context. Members of your group are not licensed to share it with others.  

3. Resources must not be placed on a website, server or file sharing service that is open to the public. This includes but is not limited to YouTube channels, church websites and Facebook pages.

4. You are not permitted to re-sell the resources you download to other people. You are permitted to collect a reasonable fee from group members to cover other costs of running a ministry event where this resource will be shared (e.g. to cover catering costs at a women's event where an EQUIP conference recording will be viewed).

5. Please use our resources in line with its original context and purpose. Alteration of content or creating derivatives in any way is prohibited.

6. All printed or otherwise distributed copies of a resource must include the notice: 'Copyright Equip Incorporated [insert relevant year of resource]'.
