Coming up in January

Coming up in January (starting from the 4th) we will be reading through The Scarlet Letter, a novel by Nathaniel Hawthorne, with Susannah Macready contributing the notes. Susannah completed her doctoral thesis at Sydney University on The Scarlet Letter and it's engagement with seventeenth-century American Puritan Theology.

It looks to be great summer reading so why not get yourself a copy (Penguin has just published this lovely Deluxe edition, if like me you judge books just a little by their covers!) and read along with us.
